Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on unopened merchandise in its original packaging:

• Clothing: within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
• All other products: within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
• Electronics are not returnable. This includes ESCs, motors, servos, gyros, radios, receivers, batteries and chargers.

Items that have been opened, installed, run or modified can't be returned.

How to start a return

Email admin@shinkaijudriftlab.com with your order number before sending anything back. Local customers can bring returns to the shop at 3109 West Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15216.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. We'll cover return shipping and make it right.
